Refund policy
Rockstar Sales Coach – Return, Cancellation & Attendance Policy
By Francois le Roux
1. No Refund Policy on Course Enrolment
All Rockstar Sales Coach sales courses, workshops, bootcamps, mentorships, and online programs are non-refundable once a participant has enrolled and payment has been processed.
Sales skill development is a commitment. Results come from participation, application, and accountability—not attendance alone.
2. Non-Transferable Enrolment
Course enrolments are strictly non-transferable.
-
Your registration is linked to your name, your seat, and your development journey
-
You may not transfer, resell, or assign your place to another individual, company, or colleague
-
This applies to all formats: live sessions, online sessions, hybrid programs, and recorded content
3. Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a scheduled session, the following applies:
-
No refunds
-
No credits
-
No rescheduling
Sales success rewards discipline. Attendance is your responsibility.
4. Cancellation With 30-Day Written Notice
A refund will only be considered under the following strict condition:
-
Written cancellation notice must be received at least 30 (thirty) days before the scheduled course start date
-
Notice must be submitted in writing via the official Rockstar Sales Coach communication channels
-
Any cancellation received less than 30 days before commencement will not qualify for a refund
Administrative fees and reserved-seat costs may still apply at the discretion of Rockstar Sales Coach.
5. No Exceptions
There are no exceptions for:
-
Work commitments
-
Personal scheduling conflicts
-
Failure to attend
-
Change of mind
-
Lack of participation
By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for managing your time and commitment.
6. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for any Rockstar Sales Coach program, you confirm that you:
-
Have read and understood this policy
-
Accept that all sales training is an investment in skill, not a guaranteed outcome
-
Agree to these terms in full and without reservation
If you want, I can also:
-
Tighten this into a legal-style T&Cs version
-
Rewrite it for Shopify checkout compliance
-
Create a short “checkbox version” that customers must accept before payment
